By accessing our website at masonrymission.com, contacting us through any form, or engaging Precision Mission Concrete & Masonry for services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our services.
Precision Mission Concrete & Masonry is a masonry contractor based in Mission, TX, providing residential and commercial masonry services including but not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick and stone work, retaining walls, driveway pavers, and related concrete and masonry construction. Services are provided within our defined service area in Texas and are subject to availability.
All estimates are provided in writing following an on-site inspection. Verbal estimates or ranges given during a phone call are approximations only and do not constitute a binding price.
A written estimate is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued, unless otherwise noted. Material prices are subject to change after that period. If project scope changes after an estimate is accepted - due to unforeseen conditions discovered during work - we will notify you in writing before proceeding with any additional charges.
Submitting an inquiry or requesting an estimate does not create a contract or obligation on either party. A project begins only when both parties have agreed to a written scope of work and any required deposit has been received.
Scheduled dates are subject to weather conditions, permit timelines, and material availability. We will notify you as early as possible if a schedule change is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice after materials have been ordered may result in a restocking or materials fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a project if site conditions are unsafe or if access to the work area cannot be reasonably provided.
Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate or project agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins, particularly for projects involving custom materials or extended labor. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your project agreement. Late payments may be subject to a fee as noted in the agreement. If a payment dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt resolution directly before pursuing any other remedy.
Work will not commence or continue on a project where a prior balance is outstanding, unless a separate written arrangement has been made.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty terms specific to a project will be stated in your written estimate or project agreement. Where a warranty is provided, it covers defects in workmanship for the period specified. It does not cover damage caused by:
Materials are warranted to the extent covered by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for material defects beyond what a manufacturer warranty provides.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree in writing to another process. Class action claims are waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action that is not resolved through arbitration shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
